Common allergens ‘hiding’ in the home environment:

Why is Pet Urine in Carpet So Hard to Remove?
The urine starts in the carpet, seeps into the pad, and into the sub floor. When we clean the carpet it can reduce the urine in the carpet only. If you clean the carpet yourself or have a Steam Cleaner you will most likely spread the urine. This is because the amount of water and the force of water used. It will spread the urine crystals to new places, making it more difficult to pinpoint the effected areas.

- The first step to eliminating odor is a thorough truck mount cleaning of the carpet fibers. This flushes the carpet fibers and reduces the amount of urine crystals, which in return reduces the odor.
- The second step is applying an antibacterial to the carpet fibers. This is for reducing the amount of bacteria from the urine and or soiling.
- The third step is to apply the P.U.R.T into the carpet. The Carpet, Pad and Sub Floor are all saturated to ensure complete odor removal. This patented treatment is meant to break up the urine crystals and make them off gas their entire odor. It takes 24-48 hours to dry. You want to open windows slightly to let the odor escape.
