In home rug cleaning is not normally recommended. In Plant cleaning gives your rug a better value by improving the cleaning results and preserving the rug.

In Plant Rug Cleaning Procedures

1. Test and Pre Inspect Rug. We Complete pre-inspection form filled out and rug is photographed.
2. Dust Rug- This is a VERY important dry soil removal procedure. No vacuuming alone can get deeply embedded dry soils. Alternative methods must be used, Dusters and air dusters.
3. Spray Rug with a pre-conditioner.
4. Submerge rug in a pit cleaning bath.
5. Agitate pre-conditioner with a rotary scrubber and hand tools on fringe.
6. Rinse rug.
7. Squeegee rug and remove excess water.
8. Groom rug.
9. Comb fringes.
10. Hang to speed dry with air movers.
11. Post spot any remaining spots.
12. Hand wash fringes.
13. Roll and wrap ready for delivery.

If you’re not happy the odor removal is FREE.
If your rug is treated for Urine added steps and days are needed.

1. Your rug will be extensively rinsed and flushed.
2. It will be saturated in a patented urine removal product.
3. It will sit for several hours rinsed and cleaned.
4. If it stills smells the next day after drying the process will be repeated until the smell is gone.

If you do not wish to have your removed from your home, we can perform maintenance clean only.

1. We will vacuum the rug to be cleaned
2. It will be pre conditioned with a rug safe product.
3. It will be cleaned with our patented rotary extraction tool
4. It will be detailed by hand.
5. It will be left to dry on its own.
